Centrofin Maritime Services Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in 2019 under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India with a vision to provide comprehensive solutions to the maritime industry. Since its establishment, the company has been actively engaged in multiple business verticals, including Ship Management, Freight Forwarding, Marine Education Consultancy, Port Agency Services, Ship Maintenance, Ship Repair and other allied shipping activities.
With the rapid growth of maritime education and the increasing demand for professional career guidance, the company established a dedicated associate firm in 2025 by the name of Centrofin Maritime Services exclusively focused on Marine Education Consultancy, IMU-CET Guidance, Career Counselling, Admission Assistance, Pre-Sea Training Guidance and Student Support Services for Merchant Navy aspirants.
